Network Engineer

A Network Engineer, or Network Systems Engineer, is responsible for creating and monitoring  IT networks for businesses. Their duties include monitoring network engineering performance, Providing assistance to businesses on how to use the network effectively, configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS) and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.

Personnel Security Specialist

Personnel Security Specialists, determine the suitability and security eligibility of individuals for applicants applying for government positions that require a security clearance. They make security clearance determinations for employees, conduct background research, prepare investigation reports, and develop background check procedures. 

Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistants, are responsible for managing office tasks, such as managing communications including emails and telecommunications, filing, generating reports and presentations, receiving deliveries, scheduling appointments, meetings, and reservations, reordering supplies, distribute incoming mail. Greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and creating a welcoming environment.

Human Resource Assistant

A Human Resources Assistant, handles the daily administrative Human Resources duties of an organization. Assist with creating and posting job vacancies, receiving and review job applications, scheduling interviews and assessments, collecting and verifying candidate information including background checks, assist with record maintenance and payroll processing for Human Resource Department. Provides feedback to job candidates regarding the hiring process, coordinates orientation of new employees.

System Engineer

Systems Engineer responsibilities include, managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure, overseeing the development and installation of new hardware and software, installing and configuring operating systems. Provide technical direction to IT support staff, ensure constant availability of technical resources, design and implement security systems and backups to maintain data safety. Write custom scripts to reduce the need for human intervention.

Project Manager

The Project Manager manages specific client projects, performs project scheduling and task, completes monthly status report, identifies project requirements. Provides change and version control. Tracks project issues, problems, risks, as well as assessing and manage risks. Coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project.
